We want you to understand what happens when you use SubFeed Upload. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Upload data: Images you choose to upload are sent directly to ImgBB using our API key. We do not store your files on our own servers.
Technical logs: Standard web server logs (IP, browser type, timestamps) are kept briefly to monitor abuse, maintain uptime, and comply with law.
Cookies: Public visitors do not need cookies. An essential session cookie is used only for the private admin login at /login.
How we use data
Provide the upload service and return shareable links.
Protect the platform from spam, malware, and abuse.
Meet security, legal, and compliance requirements.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use uploads for advertising targeting.
Third parties
ImgBB: Hosts uploaded images and returns CDN links. Their policies apply to hosted files.
Google AdSense: The landing page may display ads; AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies according to their policies.
Your choices
Do not upload content you do not want shared via public CDN links.
If you need a file removed, contact us with the link and reason.
Admins can leave the first-hop URL empty or add ?skip_static=1 when testing.
Data retention
Server logs are retained for a short period necessary for security and troubleshooting. Uploaded files are controlled by ImgBB; retention follows their service terms.
